I have mixed feelings on this...I grew up near Green Acres, and remember it as it was 'back in the day'. I loved the distinctive front windows. Word is that Kroger's bought it--hopefully they can restore Green Acres to it's former glory. What Saginaw could use in this area is a good Italian restaurant, like Buca di Beppos. It would fit nicely in the old Cinema.
Green Acres is where I was the movie Jaws when it came out...
Yes, an Italian restaurant would be great. 'Carrabas' would be a good fit too. I'm also hoping a 'Marshalls' moves in (same company as TJ Maxx).
